KII has the flexibility to provide development services on a fee basis (percentage or fixed) and also to perform on in-house or joint venture projects.  On most projects, KII is needed to perform all services (turn-key) from concept to completion, but we have provided limited services on an as-needed basis on select projects.

KII offers clients complete access to project records including all accounting records.  When retained on a cost plus type contract or in a joint venture, we encourage project team accountability, which translates to complete transparency of all aspects of the project including copies of documents, plans, contracts, and CPA audits.
