Asset Management
On a very selective basis, KII will assist a client and provide the services of Asset Management. We have the ability to take a portfolio and create a plan for the purpose of creating the highest value with regard to the client’s needs.  Some clients may need to create a monthly income while reducing their tax liability.  The process will entail taking existing non-performing assets and transitioning such assets into performing assets.  However, some clients do not need any additional monthly income and prefer to invest their money in long-term safe investments that will be of great value to their family in the future.  Regardless of the needs, if a client has real value today in assets, then we can create a plan that works for the client over the long term.
